Reusable isolation gowns are manufactured from silicone-coated nylon 6 fabric that is free of latex, PFAS, and PFOA; but testing to ISO 10993-10 (per ASTM F3352-19) has not yet been conducted based on the urgent need, MSDS rating, and history of these materials being compatible with human skin.
Gown Features:
Fabric: tightly woven 420 denier nylon 66 fabric with silicone coating
Fiber content: 86% nylon 66, 14% silicone • Latex, PFAS, and PFOA free
Velcro securement behind the neck
Tie securement at the waist

Nylon 66 is frequently used when high mechanical strength, rigidity, good stability under heat and/or chemical resistance are required.[5]
